Sumi is our happy, sweet red girl from the Mason x Banner breeding. She is incredibly sound, mentally and physically, and is true Akita in her actions. She lives with her coated brother, O'Reilly, and together they watch over their family and hunt together in the woods and brush at their country home.
Sumi has been shown selectively as she matures. We love that she is maturing slowly but we all know the frustration of waiting for them to grow up! After the litter we hope to whelp this Winter she will resume her show career in 2009. We are expecting structurally sound , typy Akitas with correct coats, correct front end assembly, strong rears and efficient, effortless movement.
